- 2 oz white rum
- 2 oz mango puree about one ripe mango
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- Soda water
- Ice
- Mango slice and mint sprig for garnish
- Blend mango chunks until smooth; strain if desired. 
- In a shaker, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup. 
- Add mango puree, rum, and ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. 
- Strain into an ice-filled glass. 
- Top with soda water and stir gently. 
- Garnish with a mango slice and a mint sprig.
