Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 2 oz mango puree about one ripe mango
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • Soda water
  • Ice
  • Mango slice and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend mango chunks until smooth; strain if desired.
  • In a shaker, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup.
  • Add mango puree, rum, and ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  • Strain into an ice-filled glass.
  • Top with soda water and stir gently.
  • Garnish with a mango slice and a mint sprig.
