- Blender: A good blender will ensure a smooth, creamy texture. 
- Sharp Knife & Spoon: For preparing the papaya.

- 1 cup cubed ripe papaya peeled and seeded
- 1 medium banana preferably frozen and chunked
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup liquid of choice e.g., coconut water, almond milk, water
- 1-2 tsp Squeeze of fresh lime juice
- small piece of fresh ginger
- 1-2 tsp sweetener honey, maple syrup,
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut.
- Prepare papaya: cut, seed, peel, and cube. Peel the banana. 
- Combine papaya, banana, liquid, and any optional ingredients in a blender. 
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy (30-60 seconds). Add more liquid if it's too thick. 
- Taste and adjust sweetness or flavorings if needed. 
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish as desired.
