Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cubed ripe papaya peeled and seeded
  • 1 medium banana preferably frozen and chunked
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup liquid of choice e.g., coconut water, almond milk, water
  • 1-2 tsp Squeeze of fresh lime juice
  • small piece of fresh ginger
  • 1-2 tsp sweetener honey, maple syrup,
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare papaya: cut, seed, peel, and cube. Peel the banana.
  • Combine papaya, banana, liquid, and any optional ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy (30-60 seconds). Add more liquid if it's too thick.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or flavorings if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish as desired.
