A delightful Moringa recipe with the “miracle tree” powder, and yummy fruits to make a refreshing smoothie packed-with-nutrients.

- 1-2 tsp moringa leaf powder
- one small frozen banana or 1/2 large
- 1/2 - 1 cup fruit of choice e.g., mango, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries - fresh or frozen
- 1 cup liquid of choice e.g., almond milk, coconut water, water
- Optional:
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1/4 avocado
- handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp chia/flax seeds
- small piece of ginger
- squeeze of lemon/lime juice
- sweetener to taste maple syrup, date.
Add liquid to the blender first.
Add moringa powder, any fresh fruits/greens, and optional boosters.
Add frozen fruits last.
Process on full speed until the mixture is completely smooth and of bright green color.(30-60 seconds).
Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency if needed (add more liquid if too thick, or more frozen fruit if too thin).
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
