Ingredients
  

  • Bisquick Pancake Mix amount as per box instructions
  • Cold Milk or Water slightly more than box suggests for fluffier pancakes
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder per cup of Bisquick Optional
  • 1-2 tbsp Melted Butter Optional
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt or Sour Cream per cup of Bisquick Optional
  • Vanilla extra ctcinnamon, etc. Optional Flavorings

Instructions
 

  • Combine: In a bowl, whisk together the Bisquick mix and cold liquid (and any optional ingredients) until just moistened. Don't overmix; some lumps are okay.
  • Rest: Let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes while your pan heats.
  • Heat Pan: Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
  • Pour: Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the hot pan.
  • Cook: Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until bubbles form on the surface and the edges are golden brown. Flip gently.
  • Serve: Enjoy immediately with your favorite toppings!
