Ingredients
  

  • ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoons baking powder

  • Mix Batter: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Heat Pan: Heat a lightly greased griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Cook Pancakes: Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the hot pan for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
